Using Netrust Digital Token in nSignHub

Pre-requisites

  1. Signer should have Go>Sign installed on the computer that you want to perform digital signing.
  2. Signer should have a Netrust digital token.
  3. Signer should have an active nSignHub account.
  4. Your Enterprise Admin should have configured certificate filter to use only digital signatures.
Only users with a valid nSignHub account can perform digital signing.

Preparer

  1. Plug in your Netrust digital token into the computer.
  2. Log in to nSignHub (https://web.nsignhub.com).
  3. Prepare the document, and add a digital signature to the document.

  4. If the preparer is required to sign the document, select Client-side (Local) Signing and click Next.

  5. It should be able to detect your digital signing certificate in your token. Click Sign Now.

  6. You should see a prompt for you to enter your token password. Type in your token password and click OK.

  7. The document will be digitally signed using your token.

Signer

Only users with a valid nSignHub account can perform digital signing.
  1. Log in to nSignHub (https://web.nsignhub.com).
  2. Select the document that requires signing.
  3. Click on the area where the signer is required to sign.
  4. Select Client-side (Local) Signing and click Next.

  5. It should be able to detect your digital signing certificate in your token. Click Sign Now.

    Note: If you see more than one digital certificate on your token, please inform your enterprise administrator to filter key usage to use only digital signature.
  6. You should see a prompt for you to enter your token password. Type in your token password and click OK.

  7. The document will be digitally signed using your token.
