1. Please use this command in the nSign server to check if any application is occupying port 9091 and share with Netrust Support the screenshots:
Using command prompt, type netstat -na | find "9091"
2a. If there is an application running on port 9091:
i. Please download the signing service stop script.
The password to the link will be sent separately.
ii. Open Task Scheduler and locate the netrust-signing-service, right click on it and select Properties.
Under Actions tab, in the Details column, note filepath of the netrust-signing-service.
iii. Place the stop script in the netrust signing service folder found in the nSign server
iv. Run powershell as administrator, change directory to the filepath of netrust signing service (where the stop script is located in Step iii)
v. Type the following command to run the stop script:
.\stop-netrust-signing-service.ps1
vi. ensure that the signing service can stop without errors.
2b. Start the netrust-signing-service in the Task Scheduler
2c. Test the if the signing is able to sign through successfully.
