nSign Desktop Upgrade Guide

Step 1. Start up the installed instance of nSign Desktop.


Step 2: Click on 'Help' and 'About' to check the current version of nSign Desktop.


Step 3: 
Take note of the Version number of nSign Desktop highlighted in red below.
The version in this case is v3.3.3.

Step 4: Click on the 'Help' tab, and then subsequently 'Check For Updates' tab.


Step 5: nSign Desktop will retrieve any available updates.


Step 4: Available updates, if applicable will be displayed as such. Do note the version number (in red) and ensure it is higher than the current installed version (v3.3.3).

Step 5: Proceed with the installation by clicking 'Next'


Step 6a: Wait for the download to complete and launch


Step 6b: Proceed with the installation process.


Step 7: Check the version number to determine if the update has been completed successfully.
