Adding of Service Provider (CSMS)

Step 1: Start nSign Desktop


Step 2: Click on 'Setup'


Step 3: Click on Add Service Provider


4. Add Service Provider and determine what version the Client is on for the respective endpoints.


If you are an SLA employee/Approving Officer (AO),

If you are a Registered Surveyor (RS),
Dispatcher URL: https://app1.sla.gov.sg/nSignDispatcher

5. Determine if Service Provider has been added successfully

a) Added Successfully


b) Service provider already exists


c) Adding Service Provider failed

Should you encounter this error, do look for a a PS staff to help resolute this issue.
